The Manager, Leasing Negotiator is responsible for managing and administering all aspects of the leasing process for Payless retail chains with a global footprint. This includes negotiations with relevant landlords related to new leases and lease renewals, identifying potential store locations and relocations, and analyzing alternatives to maximize tenant leverage. This position will be responsible for tracking critical dates, financial and operational obligations related to leases, and working closely with internal Real Estate, Store Operations, Accounting, and Legal teams.
This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is looking to drive new approaches within the retail real estate space, including creative solutions related to the physical space and occupancy costs of store portfolio footprints.
